I'm Goto from M1.
This year, We participated in the Bridge Competition, an event where teams build bridges and compete!! Since it was held at Nagoya University this year,
our Tateishi Laboratory, led by Professor Shimizu, handled the event operations.
For the competition itself, it was my first time participating, and I was involved in the entire process: design, ordering materials, and construction.
Watching the bridge I designed take shape was incredibly interesting!
I can't thank my seniors and juniors enough for their efforts to shorten the construction time.
On the operational side, thanks to the thorough planning and preparation by the professors and seniors,
we were able to run the event smoothly without any issues on the day.
It was hard work, but the sense of accomplishment afterward was immense.
Initially, since it was held in Nagoya, I honestly felt like I wanted to travel somewhere else for the competition.
But the sense of accomplishment afterward was so great that, looking back now, I'm glad it was here.
Everyone, you did a great job!
